今日は、採血結果（ビタミンD）を聞きにクリニックに行ってきました。
採血は、前回病院に来たとき（凍結結果を聞きに来たとき）に行いました。移植周期に入るまでに何か出来ることがないか聞いたところ、ビタミンDの採血検査を行いましょうとなりました。
ビタミンDの低下は、AMHの働きを減少させたり、着床率が低下するとのこと。（リプロ東京説明資料）
２ヶ月前の初診の検査結果は、欠乏レベル。そこから、毎日、ビタミンDを4000IU摂取していました。効果が出るまでに３ヶ月位かかると言われていたので、まだ検査には早いかと思いましたが、もし検査結果で増えていないなら摂取量を早く増やしたほうが、移植周期の悩みが少しでも減ると考え、検査を行うことにしました。
＜ビタミンD基準＞
30ng/ml以上；充足
20-30ng/ml；不足
20ng/ml；欠乏
もともと、検査結果を聞く予約は１週間後に入れていました。（採血から３週間後）しかし、血中のビタミンDの濃度が低いなら、１週間でも早くサプリ増量をしたいと考え、受付に電話をしてビタミンDの検査結果が出たかを確認しました。検査結果が予定より早く出たので、予約を取り直しました。
今回は、30分前採血がなかったので、仕事が終わった後すぐに行ける5:30pmで予約しました。
30分前にくる必要がない予約は初めてで、仕事が終わってすぐ向かえば余裕と考えていました。5:20pmに催促のメールが届き、駅に着いてからダッシュで病院に向かいました。
5:25pm チェックイン
今日は、男性診察の日と被らなかったからか、待合室は７割くらい埋まっていました。（空いているように感じます。。。）
5:35pm 診察室前に呼ばれる
普段は、順番が前の人が診察室に入っているときに、診察室前に呼ばれます。しかし、今回は前で待ってもなかなか前の患者さんが出てきません。おかしいなぁと思いつつ、待っていたら呼ばれました。前の患者さんはいなかったようです。。なぜこんなに待ったのか謎。
5:50pm診察
血液検査結果を紙に出して、ビタミンDが基準値内に入ったことを確認。
リプロ東京のビタミンD基準値は、30-50。
２ヶ月前は14しかな買った値が、31まで上昇！
サプリの量を減らせるかと思いきや、現在の4000IU摂取を継続とのこと。
次回は、生理２−５目で来院し、移植周期を始めるとのこと。
6:00pm会計
血液検査結果に安心しつつも、次回の生理が来るまで移植に向けた準備が何もできないことがもどかしい。
不妊治療を開始してから、仕事と不妊治療のことで頭がいっぱい。急に不妊治療のことを考えるのをお休みしてもいいと言われても、卒業できたわけではないので、嬉しいわけでもない。こういうモヤモヤした気持ちが、ストレスのように感じる。。

Today, I went to RCT to check the blood examination result for vitaminD.
I had my blood collected when I came to the clinic last time. When I asked the doctor if there is anything I can do before starting transplant term, he advised me to take that test.
Lower vitaminD decrease the work of AMH and impairment rate from RCT material.
My first examination result showed deficiency level two months ago. Then I started taking 4000IU everyday. A doctor told me it will take about 3 months to improve the level. I thought it must be early to take the examination when I visited the clinic last time. However, I also thought if the result doesn’t show any improvements, I should increase the amount of vitaminD to take.

My original appointment was one week later.(3 weeks are required from the day of blood collection) However, I wanted to know the result and called the clinic to make sure if the clinic received the result and changed my appointment.
I didn’t have to arrive at the clinic 30 minutes before the appointment and made an appointment at 5:30pm so that I can visit after my work.
It was my first time I didn’t have to arrive 30 minutes before and relaxed.
Surprisingly, I got the message from the clinic to push me to arrive at the clinic ASAP.
I ran to the clinic from the station.
5:25pm Checked-in @reception
It was not so crowded like 70% occupation.
5:35pm called to come in front of the counseling room
Usually, I have to wait in from of the room until a patient who had already seeing the doctor leave the room. I waited about 10 minutes and nobody came out from the room. I was wondering what was going on.
5:50pm a staff invited me in the room
The doctor showed me the result and confirmed the level is good and within the green level.
He also advised me to take 4000IU everyday, which made me realize this level might change if I decreased the amount of this supplement.
In the end, he also told me that we can start the transplant term when the next period come.
6:00 pm paid my bill @ reception
I was relived by the blood examination but feel I want to find something I can do to improve the rate of pregnancy..
