今日は、採卵後の症状について紹介したいと思います。
通常は採卵数日後にある診察も、病院の年末年始のお休みと被ってしまい、病院で診てもらえず、自分なりに解決しました。結果としては、ほぼ１週間後には通常生活に戻れましたが、採卵後はしばらく辛い状態が続きました。OHSSの症状だと思います。
採卵後の症状として、アルアルなのか、それとも危険な状態なのかの判断がよくわからなかったのが一番不安でした。私の症例が誰かの役に立てればと思います。
採卵当日（T）
採卵後は、座薬と痛み止めの薬が効いていたこと、採卵が終わって安心して少し興奮気味だったことから、そんなに辛くありませんでした。
（症状）
・腹痛
・尿が少ない
採卵翌日（T+1）
痛み止めを３回食後に飲みました。
なるべく安静に家の中で過ごしました。
腹痛が強くなったらベッドで横になり休む、を繰り返しました。
（症状）
・朝起きたら胸が張って痛い（生理前の痛みと同じ）
・朝食後に腹痛が発生
・尿が少ない
・夜から肛門痛
T+2
この日もなるべく安静に家の中で過ごしました。
朝食後にだけ痛み止めを飲みました。
（症状）
・お腹が張っている感じ（子宮から胸の下にかけて、膨らんできました）
・少し出血あり
・尿が少ない
T+3
痛み止めは服用せす。
日が照っている暖かい時間に1時間だけ外を散歩（途中で腹痛が強くなりベンチで休憩）
（症状）
・いつも履いているズボンがきつくてウエストが閉まらない
・腹痛
・尿が少ない
T+4
痛み止めは服用せす。
日が照っている暖かい時間に1.5時間だけ外を散歩（休憩なし）
（症状）
・尿の量が回復
・便通も回復（採卵からずっと便秘）
・腹回り86cm（腹水のせいかお正月のせいか謎）
T+5
終日仕事へ。水分補給に気をつけつつ、ゆったりとすることを心がける。
夕刻には、少しの腹痛と吐き気あり。
T+6
少し腹痛あり。終日だるい。
T+7
朝からだるく、生理前の症状と似ていることに気づく。
凍結確認のために病院へ。
帰り際に生理がくる。
T+8
ほぼ完治。
普通に歩いたり、走ったり、自転車に乗れることのありがたさを実感。

Today, I am going to introduce the symptoms after egg collection.
Usually, there is a check-up a few days after egg collection. However, it was the end of year and there was no check-up . I could recover from OHSS symptoms in 10 days after the egg collection.
What made me nervous was I didn’t know if my symptom was usual one or not.
I hope my information could help someone handle their situations.
T (The day of egg collection)
After the egg collection, suppository and pain killers worked well and I didn’t feel pains.
(Symptoms)
-Stomachache
-A little urine
T+1
Had painkillers after meals.
Stayed in my room all day and relaxed.
When I felt pain, I laid on the bed and relaxed several times in a day.
(Symptoms)
-chest pain
-hard stomachache after breakfast
-A little urine
-Anal pain from evening
T+2
Stayed in my room all day and relaxed, too.
Had a painkiller after breakfast.
(Symptoms)
-My stomach expanded like pregnancy
-Had a little bleeding
-A little urine
T+3
Didn’t take any painkillers.
Had a walk during the day for an hour although I had a stomachache and needed a rest.
(Symptoms)
-My stomach expanded and hard to wear a pair of pants.
-Stomachache
-A little urine
T+4
No painkillers.
Had a walk during the day for 1.5 hour without a rest.
(Symptoms)
-The amount of urine has recovered.
-Bowel recovery
-My stomach was big because of ascites
T+5
Went to work all day long.
In the evening, I had a little stomachache and dizzy.
T+6
Had a little stomachache and felt dully all day long
T+7
Felt languid like the symptoms before period.
Went to a hospital to confirm the fertilization
After the clinic, I had my period
T+8
Almost recovered.
Was happy to walk, run, and riding a bike.
