こんにちは。今日は、ランダム・スタート法開始採卵期の診察２回目を書きたいと思います。会社を１日お休みして行ってきました。アポは四時だけれども夫の初診に合わせて病院に到着。
4pm アポ
2:20pm チェックイン
週末かつ男性診察日ということもあり、待合室はほぼ満席。
夫婦10組くらい。あとは、1人で来ている男性と女性も。
2:35pm 採血１本
採血が早い！と思ったら血液サラサラにする薬を飲んでないか初めて確認される。。
待合室に戻り、内診まち。混んでいるせいか、wifiが繋がらず…
3:15pm 内診
内膜の厚さと卵胞数を確認。
初の女性の先生。左の卵胞を数えてるつもりで右の卵胞を数えていたようで、途中で修正。
4:10pm 診察
卵胞はまだ小さいのでフェリング注射は継続。
排卵抑えつつ黄体ホルモン補充し、かつ生理回避のためにルトラールを１日に２回へ減らすことに。
次回の診察は２日後に。
4:25pm 処置室
看護師さんから、次回診察までの注射と飲み薬を受け取る。
卵胞は、１日に約2mm大きくなるとのこと。
卵胞の育ちが遅めなので、ルトラールを減らすことで卵胞の育ちが良くなるとのこと。
4:40pm 会計
夫の男性診察と合わせて診察したせいか、男性診察日と被ったせいか、終わるまでに約２時間。
診察プロセス・内容がシンプルなだけに、１時間超えると長くかかった印象に。

Hi,
I will note about my second check of the size of follicles as Random Start Method. I took a whole day off from my work. Today was my husband’s first visit for men’s infertility treatments.
2:20pm Checked-in @reception
The waiting room was full occupied because it was weekend and on the day for men’s infertility treatments.
2:35pm collected my blood @ blood collection room
It was a quick collection. The nurse asked me first time if I am taking a medic to make the blood smoother.
Went back to the waiting room. Wifi didn’t work, which sometimes happens.
3:15pm Checked the thickness of endometrial and # of eggs growing @inspection room
The doctor started calculating the # of eggs on the left side, which turned out to be right side.
4:10pm Discussion @consulting room
The doctor told me the following points.
-The eggs are still small and keep the same injections.
-Reduce the # of medicine per day named Lutoral based on the blood testing judgment to prevent the period.
-The next appointment is to be 2days later.
I asked the doctor why I need to reduce the Lutoral but the explanation was not so clear:(
4:25pm received injections and medicine@treatment room
I received my injections and medicines for 2 days from a nurse.
The nurse told me that eggs grow 2mm/day and improve the speed of growth of them by reducing the # of Lutoral.
4:40pm paid my bill @reception
It took 2 hours to finish today’s process. As the process was simple, I felt the entire process was really long.
