Are you interested in Karate?
Let’s join us; 拳友会 karate club at Doshisha University;)
Coming this spring, everything will start, new friends, new teachers, and new school life. Then, we are looking for new members! * most students start as amateurs:)
Even if you are not Doshisha students, its no problem at all!! But you should be aged from 18 to 23, and belong to a college or university.
PRACTICE TIME
MON: 17:00-19:00
at Doshisha Imadegawa campus
Feel free to come and watch us, but during vacation the time is not settled, so just in case, please make a contact that we practice or not:)
FREE TUITION
We belong to the large university, and a captain teach how to karate kindly, so we don’t need to pay for practiceing. But Karate cloth and protectors are necessary when playing it.
Approximately five times, we attend the match ( if you want to challenge it, pay 6000 yen, and you can afford to attend it.) Also two times in a year, you have chance to take the exam in order to change your belt color! This is what most people looking forward, right? *Me too;)
I love to do Karate, i like the members, and i love to spread Japanese martial arts to foreigners!
OTHER ACTIVITIES
We have various kinds of activities such as bowling, drinking, karaoke, camps, snowboarding etc. if you want to enhance the experience in Japan with Japanese students, feel free to join us!
