This may seem to contradict the title of this blog, but I had always believed that words have a spirit of their own.

In other words, words have the power to bring about results that are in accordance with the words they are uttered.

Therefore, I tried to use what I called "good" or "hopeful" or "beautiful" words as much as possible, and when I unexpectedly uttered "xxxx" or some other un-beautiful word in my head in response to an unreasonable event, I would shout, "Cancel! and rephrased it with a beautiful word. However, that assumption was not the correct interpretation.

For example, the phrase "Monday morning" itself has no meaning; it just refers to a certain time of the day on a certain day of the week.

But if you are very tired every morning and don't want to go to work, when you say the word, it is full of the thought, "I have to work all week again from today. It is hard." Therefore, the word "Monday morning" = "the beginning of a depressing week".

On the other hand, what does the word "Friday evening" sound like?

Both of these words only refer to a certain time of the day on a certain day of the week.

But what if the sense of reality associated with them were completely different?

Yes, The word itself has no meaning. Isn't it just that we are defining a different sense of presence for the word by associating it that is as different as heaven and earth?

To begin with, the reason why people use "words" is that they have something they want to express, and they are simply looking for words that connect them to the "place" in which they want to express it.

What is important is what kind of sense of presence one has when uttering the words, i.e., what kind of assumed consciousness (i.e., place) one is connecting to when uttering the words.

And, even more importantly, from which perspective are the words being uttered, "problem avoidance" or "purposeful thinking"?

In other words, words that are based on the premise of problem avoidance, that is, "I want to be this way because the current situation is painful," will always send energy from problem avoidance, even if the goal is achieved, so that even if the goal is achieved, problems will occur again.

To use an analogy, when you get up in the morning, do you start the day from the perspective of problem avoidance: "I don't want to go to work, but if I don't go to work, I will lose my evaluation, so I have no choice but to get up"?

Or, "I hope I can make the person I meet today happy, even if it's just one small piece of something. emanating from a purposeful thought, "I'll get up in the morning," connects with that kind of future.

As you know, quantum particles are formed by what we are conscious of, so no matter how beautiful the words you say, if your sense of presence is connected to a place of negativity and problem avoidance, the world that appears before your eyes will be ・・・・・.

After all this time, I shudder to think how many words I have unconsciously uttered without being aware of the "place.

Therefore, if we make it a habit to be aware of the "place" when we speak or communicate something to someone, we can put energy into it.

Because we intend, we connect to the "place.

I, too, have often inadvertently said things from a problem-avoidance perspective, out of habit. Even though it is easy to say, "speak with a purposeful mind," it may not be possible to do so immediately because I have been in the habit of unconsciously imagining this and that, and unconsciously speaking the words in my mind.

But if you still think, "I'll do it over again," and try to reconnect your sense of presence with the ideal place by uttering words with a purposeful thought, it will become your homeostasis.

I myself am practicing this right now. The important thing is not to think seriously, heavily, but playfully and try to enjoy the process.

Confucius said,  “Knowing something is not as good as liking it. Liking something is not as good as rejoicing in it.”

I think this is exactly right.
