It's gonna be a ascetic training month for me. Lol
I guess November is tough month for me every single year somehow lol
Maybe it is the thing I need to struggle through,in terms of elevating myself as a person.
I do need to elevate my both mind and body all the way up, really high!
So,
I believe it's exactly one of the gift I should be grateful to.
And it's my true dedication month for Pilates this year.
Encouraging words gave me a great step for moving on forward !
