１日中エアコンの効いた場所にいてると…、
やっぱ体の調子が悪くなりますな。
頭が痛いとゆぅか、重いとゆぅか…。
部屋ではエアコン付けるのは付けるけど、
設定温度は２７～２８度。
プラス扇風機って感じで過ごしてます。
朝方は扇風機だけで充分やね-。
夜中も扇風機でイケるねんけど…、
一応Gyalの１人暮らしやから窓開けっぱもねぇ-。
元々実家はエアコンなしで、
部屋に扇風機すら置いて貰えなかったんで…www。
やからエアコン苦手っちゃ-苦手かも。
気管支弱いしな-。
でもアトピ-に汗は大敵やからエアコン付けてた方が
軽く乾燥はするけど調子いい方かもね。
なんやらどっちもどっちやから調整難しいわ-。
まぁ他のことで補うしかないかな。
食事での栄養面や運動とかね。
食事は…、
ここんとこ全く食欲ないから無理矢理食べてる感じやけど、
運動は１日最低１時間!!
さらに新しく始めようとしてるとある計画あり-★
