博物館に努める女の子が幻の遺跡「ハムナプトラ」を探し求め、途中トレジャーハンターや謎の組織に襲撃されつつもハムナプトラに着くが封印されていた最強のミイラを復活させてしまい人造人間セル並みに急速にパワーアップするミイラと戦い、再び封印するために奮闘するという完全にマッチポンプな話。

They arrived at hamunaptra and they made rebirth for the greatest mummy.


They fight with the mummy for place a seal again. 

The mummy is getting stronger rapidly as android cell.

This story is totally "match pump"



謎の組織はイモテップの復活を阻止するためのグループだったわけだが、最初にオコーネル達を殺そうとしてた癖に共闘してる内に仲間意識が芽生えたのか、最後はイモテップを倒した礼を言うと。

復活させた張本人にお礼を言うってどんだけだよ！ 仲間も随分殺されたくせに！

話に無理があっても最後に主役がヒロインとキスすればオールオッケー的なアメリカンな映画 4点。

In initial, He tried to kill O'Connell.

But  in climax, He thanked O'Connell about killing Imhotep.

Did grow a sense of comradeship while fight to Imhotep together ?

He thanked who made rebirth imhotep.

Though He was killed his pals by O'Connell.

Though, the story is unreasonable, It's OK
