Quali sono state le esperienze che ti hanno maggiormente formato?
Credo che ogni esperienza mi abbia abbia qualcosa, ogni situazione è diversa dall'altra e ogni volta è un viaggio diverso,come aver vinto nel 2000 M T V Awards come uno dei migliori dj,conduttori radiofonici.
What were the experiences that formed you the most?
I think that every experience has something in me, every situation is different and every time it is a different journey, like having won the 2000 MTV Awards as one of the best DJs, radio hosts.
Quali sono i tuoi progetti attuali e per il futuro?
Ho in ballo anche qualche collaborazione con dj/produttore della scena musicale,come dei DJ Set,come delle serate nei locali,party,matrimoni la cosa che amo di più perche li senti vicino le persone facendole ballare con la musica che stai suonando,animando la serata essendo io anche un dj speaker,al contrario di un dj set in un palaexpò che risulta molto lontano dalle persone.Per il futuro ho tante ambizioni e speranze!! Cerco di lavorare sempre al pieno delle mie capacità per crescere e far si che il futuro sia ricco di tanta buona musica suonata da un professionista.
What are your current and future projects?
I also have some collaboration with DJs / producers of the music scene, such as DJ Sets, such as evenings in clubs, parties, weddings, the thing I love most because you feel them close to people making them dance to the music you are playing, animating the evening as I am also a dj speaker, as opposed to a dj set in a palaexpò which is very far from the people. Com'è cambiato il mestiere del dj?
Credo che l'uomo abbia come primo scopo quello di evolversi ,creare e inventare cose nuove che ci rendano la vita sempre più facile. Personalmente credo che con questa semplificazione, però, tutti adesso possono fare il dj, senza dover per forza conoscere la musica. Questo a mio avviso ha reso tutto un pò meno professionale e romantico. A mio parere credo che un dj per essere tale deve avere le competenze tecniche, dover conoscere la musica e dover avere un enciclopedia musicale in testa prima che nel pc o nella chiavetta.
Purtroppo come ho già detto tale evoluzione ha banalizzato il mestiere del dj a un semplice gioco che possono fare grandi e piccoli, calciatori e ballerine,alcune agenzie di eventi che non sanno niente della produzione musicale,come di un vero evento,party che per carità, hanno tutti il diritto di farlo ma se penso a un Roger Sanchez oa un David Morales, penso a una storia, penso a un background, a un evoluzione.
How has the DJ profession changed?

Cosa pensi della musica dei clubbing,party?
Per quanto riguarda il clubbing,party è una storia a se e mi rifaccio in parte anche alla risposta della domanda precedente. Premetto che secondo la mia opinione alla base ci sta un problema culturale ed economico.In primis il fattore economico è molto rilevante perché il gestore del locale,l'evento,festa privata,ecc a fine serata in qualche modo deve far quadrare i conti e da qualche parte deve tagliare e appunto visto che ormai credono tutti sono capaci a fare il dj le serate si dividono in 2 tipologie: N 1 si chiama a fare i dj per il locale,festa privata,matrimonio,ecc: il figlio dell’amico, il cugino o il conoscente in genere, li si fa suonare la sera gratis tanto loro sono contenti perché si sono fatti 2 foto su Instagram e si sono messi in mostra davanti a un pò di gente,si come chiama un agenzia spettacoli dj,dj service che la maggior parte delle volte sono ragazzini senza esperienza musicale con una scaletta pronta scaricata dal web,certo un dj di trentanni non a la preparazione musicale di uno di cinquanta.L'esperienza conta molto in questo settore. N 2 si investe qualche soldo e si chiama un dj professionista che non a niente in comune con il discorso sopra citato.
What do you think of clubbing, party music?
As far as clubbing is concerned, party is a story in itself and I also partly refer to the answer to the previous question. I state that in my opinion there is a cultural and economic problem at the base: first of all the economic factor is very relevant because the manager of the venue, the event, private party, etc. at the end of the evening somehow has to make ends meet and somewhere he has to cut and precisely since they now believe everyone is capable of being a DJ, the evenings are divided into 2 types: N 1 is called to be a DJ for the club, private party, wedding, etc: the friend's son , the cousin or the acquaintance in general, you let them play for free in the evening so they are happy because they took 2 photos on Instagram and showed themselves in front of some people, it's what a dj show agency is called, dj service that most of the times are kids with no musical experience with a ready-made lineup downloaded from the web, certainly a thirty year old DJ not the musical preparation of a fifty year old. In che modo usi il web e i social per la tua attività?
Il web e i social ormai sono fondamentali per chi vuole farsi conoscere. Personalmente ho un rapporto un buon rapporto con questo mondo,però poi girando per i social vedo molti dj non professionali sia donne che uomini, che nei loro profili hanno quasi solo foto in costume o intimo o foto di viaggi e credo che si dovrebbe capire che sono dj solo perche in 1 o 2 foto hanno delle cuffie senza la qualità,professionalità di quello che fanno. Ecco questo mi da molta tristezza perché veramente al giorno d’oggi conta molto più l'apparire che la sostanza.
How do you use the web and social media for your business?
The web and social media are now essential for those who want to make themselves known. Personally I have a good relationship with this world, but then going around social networks I see many non-professional DJs, both women and men, who in their profiles have almost only photos in costume or underwear or travel photos and I think you should understand that I'm DJs only because in 1 or 2 photos they have headphones and without the quality, professionalism of what they do. This is what gives me a lot of sadness because nowadays the appearance really matters much more than the substance.
Come vedi il futuro della musica?
Penso che nel futuro più prossimo della musica ci sia molto minimalismo. Ci si concentrerà molto sul groove minimizzando l'uso di strumenti melodici.
