The Ugly Dolls movie is hitting the big screen in May. I’m not sure if it’s my cup of tea (but that’s what I thought about the Trolls movie too), but I’m posting this so I could tell you the following. True story. At the Licensing Expo last month the showed of footage, concept-art, one of the movie’s songs and the synopsis of the movie. This is not uncommon and just regular business. What surprised me most is that they gave away AND showed the ending?!?!? It’s probably pretty predictable when you watch the movie, or even read the synopsis, but still. But then again, they’re not there to get the visitors hyped for the movie, but they’re there to show and sell the license.
