洋の東西を問わず、虚業人たちは、自分たちが一般大衆を支配コントロールすることができなくて、(国民が選んだ)政府が大衆に指示を出して、国民がそれに従っている時、その不満をこういう風に表現する。
国民が（自分たちが選んだ）政府の方針に従えば authoritarianism、政府が国民の声を聞けば populism って、それ、民主主義を否定していることになるのだが、そんなことも判らないのだろうか。
要するに、《 愚かな一般大衆ドモは、我々知的エリートさまの言うことを聞かないで、政府の指示に従っている。ケシカラン！ 》 ということではないか。
民主主義社会では、市民に選ばれた代表が市民を統治する。市民から選ばれたことなどないのに勝手に市民の代表を僭称し、市民を支配しコントロールすることを企み、それが上手く行かないと悪態を吐く連中は民主主義の敵。「民主主義の敵」は言い過ぎだとしても、控え目に言っても、こいつら、頭の病気だ。

C'est la manière typique dont les gens d'affaires fictives expriment leur mécontentement lorsqu'ils sont incapables de contrôler, manipuler et dominer le citoyen et le gouvernement (choisi par le citoyen) donne des instructions aux masses et les gens les suivent.
Dans une société démocratique, les élus gouvernent les citoyens. Ceux qui n'ont jamais été choisis par les citoyens, mais qui tentent de contrôler les citoyens en se disant « représentants des citoyens », et qui maudissent si cela ne fonctionne pas, sont les ennemis de la démocratie.
