またこのマニラは第二次世界大戦時、旧日本軍が占拠した地でもあり、後にアメリカに降った地でもあり、日本歴史にとって深く関わり合いのある地でもあります。
その中でも、日本とも少し関係がある、ある国民的英雄のお話の日記でございます。

The Rizal Park is an iconic park in Manila, Philippines.
The 60 hectares of open lawns is visited by tourists and locals alike.
The park was where Jose Rizal was executed, thus the name.
Also, the remains of the national hero is found here.
This is why Rizal Park is a historical significance in the country.
