I expect that the traffic to and from the city will be very high.
Tourists will once again flock the streets to experience Cebu’s culture.
The colorful float, artistic cosplayers, and awesome music will draw crowds that it will be almost impossible to walk the streets because it’s too crowded.
But at the end of the festival, I would have gained memories for keeps and lots of fun!

街を行き来する交通機関は非常に混雑することが予想されます。
カラフルなフロート、芸術的な民族衣装、そして素晴らしい音楽といったセブの文化を体験しに、今年も街には大勢の観光客が集まるでしょう。
しかし、お祭りの終わりの頃には、きっとたくさんの楽しい思い出を得ていることでしょう！
