というような会話はいたるところで聞きますね。
一般的に言われているのが、A型の人は几帳面、B型の人はマイペース、O型の人はおおらか、AB型の人は二重人格だそうです。
ところが、この日本で常識のように話されている血液型別の性格は海外では通用しないのです。
外国の方に血液型を聞いたなら輸血が必要なのかと思われるかもしれませんし、そもそも自分が
何型なのかも知らない人も多いということです。

それでも、当たっているなぁ～と思えることが間々あるので、ついその話題に乗ってしまいます。

「変わってるね」言われるとちょっと嬉しいので、目立つのが好き。
多趣味だけど、気が散って統一してない。飽きっぽい。
人との争い事は嫌いな為、万人が好むモノは好まず、余り人気のない方に流れがち。
好みが万が一、万人の好むモノと知ると一気に醒める。カンは鋭い。
努力は好きだけど持続性はない。好奇心とっても旺盛。

In Japan, asking someone about blood type is part of a normal introduction. However, I was surprised to know that it’s common practice in Japan but not in the World. If you ask Europeans and Americans about their blood types, they may think that you need a blood transfusion. It’s the equivalent of asking “What’s your sign?” in Western countries and the Japanese use blood types to determine a person’s personality. Personalities Type-A Blood type As are calm on the outside but a bundle of nerves on the inside. They are classic “type A” personalities who are usually stressed and hard-working. they can be shy and withdrawn at times. Blood type As are very polite and trustworthy people. They are very responsible and they tend to be perfectionists. Blood type As are the most artistic of all the blood types. Personalities Type-B People with blood type B are goal oriented and focused. They tend to follow their mind more than their emotions. This means that they can sometimes seem cold and distant. Blood time Bs like to make their own rules and they don’t really follow any customs. They are very optimistic people who aren’t afraid to let loose. In anime, “the genki characters” tend to be blood type B. Personalities Type-AB Blood type AB’s are the split personalities of the blood groups. They have characteristics of all the other blood groups and can easily switch from one end of the spectrum to the other. People with blood type AB are trustworthy and responsible but only under pressure. They enjoy helping others but only under their own conditions. In predictability-loving Japan AB is considered worst blood type because they’re unpredictable. Many anime villains are blood type AB. Personalities Type-O People with blood type O people are outgoing and social. Blood type Os are full of great ideas but rarely see them through. Though they are very loyal they can be flighty and not too dependable. Blood type Os always say what's on their mind. They worry about what others think of them and love to be the center of attention. O blood types are extremely self-confident almost to the point of vanity. There are many personalities and I think it’s reckless to divide them into only 4 groups, though I sometimes think it's right to the point. So, I can't disregard the personalities of blood types.
