Shannonは確立されたダンス指導者／パフォーマー／振付師であり、ハウスダンスを専門としている。
パフォーミングアーティストとして、モータウンのR&Bアーティストであるステイシー・ラティソーと共演し、Run-DMC 「I'm the King」、シャバ・ランクス、ダグ・E・フレッシュ、トニー・ブラクストン等とビデオ共演。
ドキュメンタリー「House of Tre Part1」にてニューヨークの最も名高いダンサー達と共演。
「EJM Entertainment」、「The Shelter」,「Dance Ritual」、「Vissi Dance Theatre」、「House Dance Conference」にショーケース披露。
また、ロサンゼルス、ネグリル、ジャマイカ、ウィーン、東京、横浜、大阪、名古屋等の主要都市にて公演を行った。
現在は様々なエンターテイメントアーティストと活動し、定期的にハウスダンスをニューヨークで教えている。
ハウスダンスに対してユニークなアプローチをし、開発されたステップや動きを見せる。オーバーグラウンドでもアンダーグラウンドでも、彼の独創的なダンスは歴然としている。

Shannon is an established dance teacher, performer, and choreographer specializing in house dance music style. As a performing artist he has been showcased in particular with Motown's Rythym&Blues artist Stacy Laddisaw as well as being highlighted in the videos of Run-DMC I'm the King, Shaba Ranks, Doug-E Fresh, Toni Braxton, and more. Whichway Sha has been featured with some of New York's most renowned dancers in the documentary House of Tre Part 1. He has also danced for entertainment showcases with EJM Entertainment, The Shelter, Dance Ritual, Vissi Dance Theatre, and The House Dance Conference. He has performed in major cities such as Los Angeles, Negril, Jamaica, Vienna, Austria, as well as Tokyo, Yokohoma, Osaka, and Nagoya, Japan.
Whichway Sha is currently working with various entertainment artists and regularly teaches house dance classes in NY.
Sha demonstrates the unique approach to house dance and shows the descriptive steps and moves that were pioneered. His originality is as evident in his presentation on a professional level as it is in the club.
