（測定項目）の身長・体重・腹囲・血圧はFollow upでも測定するため、

Follow-up 1yearとFollow-up 2yearにMeasurementsを追加する

4．Repeat Measurement（反復計測）設定

ReportにPhysical examinationsとBlood pressureを登録する

Add step to report

Reports: Physical examinations Step: Physical examinationsを選択

検査日と時間を追加

Date & Time

Number (Field templates内）

Height、Weight、Abdominal circumferenceを作成する

Physical examinations反復測定の全項目

同様にBlood pressure（SystolicBPとDiastolicBP）も作成する

6. 反復測定をStudyに組込む

Study

　選択　Phases:　Baseline (example phase)　Steps:　3. Measurements

Repeated Measure (Field templates)

同様にBlood Pressureも登録する

Demoの3.1-3.3は消去する。ちなみにDemoではLength（m）で

BMIの計算フィールドは、{dem_patweight}/({dem_patlen}*{dem_patlen})

また、Follow upの反復Measurementsに関しても同様の作業を行う

11.Is study live項目をliveに変更する
　ユーザー入力が可能になる、、費用発生もあるので注意

　　この時点でBilling informationが必要なので課金される。しかしながら、

　　小規模研究の場合は無料で使用できる。商業ベースは、やはり高額、、！

Is study live: This setting determines if the study is accessible for data entry. If the study is not live, data can only be entered for testing purposes via 'Manage records'. This means that people without management rights cannot enter data. When setting a study to live, the sections 'Study properties' and 'Billing details' need to be fully completed, in addition to this section (General). Also the user profile of the person who sets the study to live needs to be completed.
