今日は、復習をします。まとめてみます。The sender が、give information するときに、少なくとも、７つのタイプがありました。
He will assume that...
1) one instance is an example of all instances. Particularly in his use of ”who”,”what”,”where”,and”when”. 私が遭遇したすべての例がそうだった、というふうに、誤解されやすい会話文でした。例としては、All women are wise.でした。
2) other people share his feelings, thoughts, and perceptions. 私と、共有してくれる、と、はじめから前提して、語りかける文でした。例としては、Why didn't teach children to do the right thing.でした。
3) his perceptions or evaluations won't change. 私は、完璧な理解力を持っている、という、意味がこめられた文でした。例としては、Yah, I already know about that.でした。
4) there are only two possible alternatives. これは、選択肢が２つしかなく、どちらかだ、と主張している文です。例としては、You're either for me or against me.です。
5) characteristics are part of those things or people. これは、ある特質を、その人の「部分」、とみなす文です。例としては、She is selfish.です。
6) he can get inside the head of another. これは、私は、あなたの頭の中が読めている、という、まるで占いのような発言です。例としては、I know what you're thinking.です。
7) the other can get inside his head. これは、あなたは、私の頭の中が読めている、という、まるで、占いのような発言です。例としては、You know what I really mean.です。
これら、７つのミス・アンダスタンディングは、The receiver が、get information するときに、どのような作用を及ぼすのでしょうか。次回は、そのあたりから、はじめたいと思います。
