I called the SSA yesterday, and 15 minutes later, the agent responded. I had been struggling to get a denial letter to submit to the DMV. I had sent a letter to the SSA to ask for the denial letter, but I failed. When it comes to the second time, October 2021, I received a letter from the SSA, but it was not a denial letter. It was one telling me that the documents I sent were incomplete. Regarding the first time and the third time, December 2020 and September 2021, respectively, I didn't even get any response from the SSA. I was calling the SSA to make an appointment to see the agent directly.

The agent who responded to my call was a lady. She kindly asked me what type of visa I had. After I told her my name, spells of my name, my date of birth, and my address, she found that the documents I had sent last year were complete. She quickly prepared the denial letter and told me that the letter would be delivered within 5 days.

It's been almost one year since I tried to get the denial letter. This is the U.S. Someone might have handled my letter badly. But nobody is responsible for that. One kind agent who responded me did everything within 10 minutes, which nobody had done for one year.

I tested positive for pregnancy. I will be a mother of three if everything goes well. I would buy a bigger car three children can get in. My driver's license was expired while I was waiting for the denial letter. I need to get my driver's license again.
