Last December 3, our learners and staff got together to party for two hours. Despite the heavy rain and some train delays, we were able to have fun during our Christmas party, which was themed "White Christmas."

J - Cool - though, the water was hot. Ha-ha! Not funny, right? Me,
I already ate the goodies inside the Hello Kitty stocking this
morning.
B - How about you, Ms. Willibee?
W - A pink photo stand with angels decorating the edges.
J - You don't seem happy about it. Why?
W - I like it, of course. It's the text written on it that bothers
me.
B - That says?
W - "For your bouncing baby girl."
J - Accept it as a sign.
●Useful and humorous expressions
★Kris Kringle
サンタクロースの別の呼び方。一方で名前が書かれた紙を引いた相手にプ
レゼントを贈るゲームのプレゼント交換の事を指す事もあります。ここで
はその意味で使われています。

インフォーマルな言い方ですが、誰かがファッショナブルだったり楽しか
ったり、魅力的だったりする時にそれを認める時に使います。
