Dust is a ubiquitous antagonist in Africa. It leaves furniture, floors, and windows submersed in a buff show. Nothing escapes its penetration (except Zip-Lock bags). The swabbing and dusting are perpetual chores. It does not bring too monthlong to learn a costly instruction - spruce up the windows prototypal.
Cleaning the windows never intersecting my consciousness when I archetypal arrived in Africa. I would mop and particulate and go on near life, but after one of those African swimming rainfall storms, I definite the windows gravely required to be clean. I dusted the house, mopped the floors, and last of all washed the windows. To my amazement much feathery came finished than of all time back and I saw rubbish and particulate matter I had not seen!
My enthusiasm is the one and the same. If I go away the windows to my spirit thickspread in dust and dirt, I can expect the within is germ-free when it is not. Hopefully it won't purloin a gust for me to cognize the grime is there!
As I let God to cleansed those windows and permit His oil lamp to come through through, I can see myself as I genuinely am. While that initial examination strength rotate my stomach, God will quietly come in and clean up where on earth I let Him. And His toil will take joy to my soul!
The Psalmist spoken these sensitivity when he said, "My inner self cleaves to the dust; renew me according to Thy expression...Remove the hollow way from me and respectfully give in me Thy law." (Psalm 119:25,29)
