理由を表す接続詞 since / as / because の違いは？

since : 他に選択肢がなく、～なので
as : 軽い理由
because : 重い理由
具体例
Since the last bus has left, we have no choice but to go home by taxi at our own expence.
最終バスが出たので、自腹を切ってタクシーで帰宅するよりほかにない。
※～せざる得ない can not help ～ing もあるが、この場合は、込み上げる感情をおさえられない時使う。 She cannot help crying/laughing.
I took some medicine as I had a headache. (苦痛がしたので、薬飲んだんですよね～軽い感じ)
I took some medicine because I had a headche.(薬飲みました、なぜならなぜなら頭が痛くてどうしようもなかったので～重い感じ）
