大丈夫ですよ

気分の落ち込みについて考え、メンタルヘルスの向上を目指します。

Exercise 1

Recall what you did well in front of others (social facilitation) and what didn't (social restraint). Was what you were doing at that time something you were used to or something relatively simple? (1)

It worked for me to listen in front of my seniors at work when I was 25. I could just listen. What I studied in front of my teacher at a seminar when I was a college student didn't work. I am not used to use my head.

Exercise 2

Are there any recent trends in you or anyone close to you? Is it due to informational influence? Or is it due to normative influence? (2)

Last year, I bought an iPhone 12 at an au shop. Due to the informational influence based on the belief that the smartphone Mr. marasy chose must be easy to use.

Exercise 3

Are there differences in attitudes and behaviors in different places such as work and home? If there is a difference, think about what the difference is and why. (3)

I try to talk at work. It's hard to get the job done when a colleague thinks "I'm hated".  I behave low at work. Because I respect people who are low back.

I don't try to talk at home. Even if my family hates me, I can do housework. I behave bullish at home. I don't mind being hated by my family.
