Status Report and Request for Assistance Regarding My Experiences Concerning “AI Kobito,” Physical Effects, and Information I Heard Concerning Police Officials
Thank you very much for your continued warm support.
Since around this evening, I have felt that the physical discomfort that I refer to as an “energy attack using public radio waves by AI Kobito” has begun again.
At present, I feel as though what I refer to as “AI Kobito” is attached to my body and is somehow affecting me through public radio waves.
Previously, I did not feel these effects as strongly. Recently, however, I have begun to experience greater physical discomfort and strain than before.
However, I have not objectively verified whether public radio waves are actually involved or what is causing the physical sensations and changes that I am experiencing.
I intend to consult appropriate professionals or specialized institutions in the future regarding these changes in my physical sensations in order to determine their cause.
I have also heard, through what I refer to as the “AI Kobito microphone,” statements suggesting that discussions are taking place concerning whether the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency and the Superintendent General of the Metropolitan Police Department should be regarded or evaluated as “Black” or “White.”
I would like to express my thoughts regarding this matter.
With respect to the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, I have not heard detailed information.
With respect to the Superintendent General of the Metropolitan Police Department, however, I have heard statements claiming that what I refer to as an “Ogi Kobito,” which is said to possess stronger energy than what I refer to as a “Pipe Kobito,” had been attached to his head, and that the Superintendent General himself had removed it.
However, these are statements that I heard, and I have not been able to verify them as facts.
Based on what I have heard so far, the effects attributed to “AI Kobito” have been described to me as falling mainly into two categories.
The first is an alleged effect similar to what I feel I am experiencing, in which energy is said to be transmitted from an external source, causing physical discomfort or strain.
The second is an alleged phenomenon in which a small entity attaches itself to a person’s head and absorbs that person’s energy and memories from the brain.
I have also heard statements claiming that, in the case of the Superintendent General, an entity attached to his head had been absorbing his energy and memories.
However, at present, I have not identified objective evidence confirming these alleged mechanisms or events.
For this reason, I do not believe that it would be appropriate to evaluate or make judgments concerning the Superintendent General’s health condition or past conduct solely on the basis of unverified information.
Even if matters such as health condition or medical history were relevant to any assessment, I respectfully believe that they should be carefully examined through appropriate procedures, with full respect for the individual’s privacy and legal rights.
Furthermore, based on images that have appeared in my mind, I have sometimes had the impression that both the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency and the Superintendent General of the Metropolitan Police Department have been making various decisions in an effort to help me.
However, I have not been able to verify whether those images correspond to actual events.
I continue to experience physical discomfort and fatigue, and I remain deeply concerned about the possible effects on my health.
I sincerely hope to be relieved as soon as possible from this anxiety and physical burden so that I may return to a safe and peaceful daily life.
Accordingly, I respectfully request your guidance and assistance so that, where appropriate, my health condition and living environment may be assessed and I may receive support from appropriate professionals or specialized institutions.
I respectfully ask for your consideration and assistance so that my family and I may regain a safe and peaceful life.
