A few days ago, the traditional meal testing party held my class. The contents which was mean we had to make ourself for each traditional meal. I was thinking about Japanese meal at one night because our meal is difficult to bring into the box. for example, raw fish is dangerous and… I couldn’t remember anymore about Japanese meal. Actually, I usually don’t eat traditional meal and don’t cook it. I like SUSHI but only this one. When I eat out, I usually go to the Thai restaurant or Indian and bar also. So, I asked teacher google “The traditional Japanese meal what is eaten by only Japanese.”  Teacher google told me which is ranking  about strange meals in Japan. No3. The Basashi which is raw hose meat. If overseas people hear it, they incredible and scary that fact. I like it, but a little expensive in Tokyo and sometimes it still frozen inside when I eat at bar. No2. The seaweed which isn’t digested by western people but I don’t know why I think problem on something genetic. No1. The burdock(ごぼう) which is considered at tree root. The western people think Japanese people usually eat tree root. I surprised it because my grand mother has been making every time and which has been selling  on any supermarket in Japan. I decided traditional meal that I reference what teacher google told me. That was the cold soba which is made from buckwheat. The soba is the most popular noodles in east Japan (I think west part is the Udon that is deferent wheat). I bought dry noodles, soba soup and wasabi. I prepared it before the tasting party. because it’s easy to prepare and important to eat opportunity.
