干し柿作り-making dried persimmon-

今週は水曜日に休暇をもらったので、親戚とカキの収穫や干し柿作りをしました。(￣ー￣；
I was given summer vacation at last Wednesday. The relatives of mine and I harvested a lot of persimmon and making dried persimmon.

↑隣の家の渋柿です。母が収穫時期ですと連絡したら、譲ってもらえることになりました。(;^_^A
This is the next house's persimmon tree. My mother told the next house's owner that harvest season comming, then he pass on to us.


↑水曜日にカキの収穫をすることになり、渋柿なので枝を付けたまま収穫しました。(･Θ･;)
We harbested persimmon at Wednesday. These are astringent persimmon , so we harvested with a branches because we will make dried persimmon.

↑最初は母と二人で収穫開始してましたが、ものすごい実の数なので、肩が痛くなりました。(￣Д￣；；
The beginning of work is my mother and I only. But the amount of persimmon were a great number of fruits, so I feel my shoulder tired.

↑母が連絡しておじとおばが来てくれました。総勢５名でカキの収穫をしました。
a five strong workers who is my mother and uncle and two aunt and I started to harvest it.

↑３時間かけてやっと１本目の木を取り終わりました。100ｋｇほど取れました。肩が筋肉痛になりました。（;´▽｀A``
We spent three hours for harvest it. We harvested persimmon 100kg by one tree.

↑一部をアルコールをへたに塗って渋抜きをしました。渋抜きすると短時間で食べなければならないので、大量には作ることができません。σ(^_^;)
A part of persimmon was put ethanol on a calyx. We can't make a lot of removing the astringency of persimmons. Because this case of persimmons are doesn't keep well.

↑そこで、残り全部は干し柿作りをしました。包丁とピューラーで皮むきしました。(^_^;)
So we decided all the rest persimmon maked dried persimmon. We pare a lot of persimmon skin with a peeler and knife.

↑これでもまだ1/4くらいです。だんだん疲れてきて、父も参加して３名で作業しました。ヽ(;´Д｀)ノ
These are about one four. We radually tired, so my father take part in us.

↑荷造りひもでひとつひとつ手作業で結んでいきます。(°д°；)
We tied persimmon brunch , this is handiwork.

↑やっと終わりました。このまま吊っておき、乾燥したら渋が抜けるので、食べごろになります。あと木は２本あります。！(´Д｀；)
At last making dried persimmon is finished. We'll hang this persimmons keep as it is. There is the rest of the persimmon tree is two.

↑渋柿の皮は漬け物に入れると甘味が出るとのことなので、天日乾燥して再利用します。(^_^;)
An astringent persimmon peel are mixed pickles as sweetness. So we dry it in the sun.

↑作業が終わって、新しく咲いた菊の花をみたらハナアブが来ていました。時間の経過が遅く感じました。(＝⌒▽⌒＝)
At work out, I see a new chrysanthemum bloom, just hover fly comming. I feel slow time and extensive space.

↑こちらは大豆です。豆さやのなかに害虫が入っているのでとりあえず乾燥させて豆をたたき出すことにしました。(｀(エ)´)ﾉ_彡
That is soy beans. There are harmful insects into the pod. So we'll dryed soy beans and beat it.

↑父がイチゴを植えました。(｡・ε・｡)
My father planted strawberry.

↑クジャクソウのようです。きれいな紫色ですが、自分で直立できず、垂れています。園芸品種のようです。(＠￣Д￣＠；)
This is aster pilosus I think. It's beauty violet color. But it can't stand themself. I think this is a garden plant.

↑チェリーセージのようです。観賞用らしいです。(￣□￣；)
I think that is cherry sage. May be appreciation plant.

↑庭のフジ棚にアケビが一緒になっています。(-_＼)(/_-)三( ﾟДﾟ)
There are chocolate vines with a wisteria trellis.

↑鳥に食われたものも含めて2ｋｇほどのアケビを収穫しました。本日の来客にあげました。＼(゜□゜)／
I harvested chocolate vines that amount is about 2kg. We gave it today's visitor.

↑日曜の午前中最後は精米作業です。(　 ﾟ ▽ ﾟ ;)
In Sunday noon, my father was rice polishing.

↑精米機の調子が悪いので、分解清掃しました。米ぬかがたくさん詰まってました。
My father asked me overhaul a rice-polishing machine. There was many rice bran.

来週は田んぼのU字溝の堀上作業をする予定です。じゃ、また来週！(｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

I will clean a watercouse at next weekend. see you again.
