Although I couldn't grasp anything yet, my limbs could move little by little.
On a PT and an OT rehabilitation program, I tried to raise the bed angle to 30 degrees. As a result, I was giving up at 25 degrees and became painful.
I was completely bedridden for a few weeks, so my muscles had been weakened. Then it's difficult for my upper body to get up.
