The brand was born by a collaboration between two creators. One creator is the original creator of "Hello Kitty" Yuko Shimizu. She also created a french bulldog character "Rebeca Bonbon". The other is the creator of sexy cats brand "SUGAR & BABE"which is popular for young girls.
