【LIM SEAVLAM 6 rounds match in Japan!】
On July 28th (Sunday) at the Daihatsu Arena, Shiga Prefecture in Japan, Lim Seavlam made his historic first appearance as a Cambodian in an official professional boxing match in Japan at "3150 Fight" produced by Kameda Promotion. This is the match result report.
His opponent is Ryusei Moriwaki, a former Kyokushin Karate junior world champion who is known as Kameda Gym's secret weapon and has a good reputation.
He is a formidable opponent, having defeated a Thai boxer by knockout in the second round in his last professional debut.
Although it is a 6th round match, he is the most anticipated hope at Kameda Gym, as he will be entering the venue along with a famous rap singer.
In response to Moriwaki's quick jabs from long and medium range, Seavlam responded with his signature tactic of quickly switching left and right fighting poses, Moriwaki seemed confused. I was also impressed by how well he used the clinch he had just learned in dangerous situations.
I thought it might be a long fight, but in the 3rd round, Moriwaki showed great rush and Seavlam was knocked down twice, and unfortunately he lost by TKO.
However, even he lost, his positive attitude and fighting until the end received positive praise from boxing fans in Japan.
I'm sure Seavlam got good experience and it will support his next match.
Thank you to all of you who read the blog for your continued support.
