Animetal has made anime songs, which were only listened to by a few anime lovers, into major hits.
The first Animatal album "Animetal Marathon", which successfully combined the love, courage, and friendship of anime songs with the passion of metal, was a huge hit with anime fans as well as metal fans. It became a huge hit, reaching No. 9 on the Oricon chart.
Mr. Hisatake created a new genre of animatal from nothing. I wonder how hard he had to work.
And now. Eizo was not allowed to use the name "Animatal" because SONY owns the rights to "Animatal" and Eizo was not allowed to use the name "Animatal" for his activities.
So, "EIZO JAPAN" was born. Even though the name "Animetal" cannot be used, the culture of fusion of anime and metal is still alive and well, like a single piece of steel.
Indeed, within Japan, animetal may be considered a genre that was popular 20 years ago and in the past.
But now, the flame of Animetal continues to burn in many parts of the world.
Korea, Chile, Brazil... Eizo's activities are not limited to Japan.
Animetal" may change its form, but it will continue as long as Eizo does it.
The venue was Rock Tavern Dio. 23 people attended the concert, and the tickets were sold out.
The audience was also very strong. Thanks to the audience for reminding us that anime metal is not over yet. We would like to thank Eizo-san, the staff for organizing such a wonderful concert, and Rock Tavern Dio for providing the venue.
1996. Cotazoh, who loved anime, metal, and Eizo-san, was shocked by Animateal, started a website called Kotazo no Uzo Muzo, and has been supporting Eizo-san ever since...
Since then, Cotazoh has grown old and can no longer easily recall lyrics and melodies (lol), but this time, listening to Eizo sing Animetal, I remembered the excitement of those days and felt as if I had gone back in time...
It was a wonderful animetal night that reminded me of the different charms of EIZOxHIROYA, Nerima Macho Man, and Eizo's solo activities. It was the Animetal of my youth.
