Today, we finally decided the house where we live!
It'll soon be a super-busy week since everything is supposed to start moving forward now that we've got a physical address.
[Good]
- a spacious 3 bedroom house with a garage and a plenty of storage space
- good sized living room
- a minute walk to my son's primary school, gorgeous surroundings
- handy to all the nice cafes and restaurants
- bay view from the living room window!
- a fireplace in the living room (we can actually burn wood!)
- there's a tub in the bathroom
[Bad]
- very old
- small kitchen
- unfurnished, no whiteware included, means we have to buy practically *everything* to start a new life in there
- rent is a bit too costly than originally anticipated for its oldness
Well, no property can be perfect and I'm satisfied with the result of our accommodation hunting. :)
Really excited that we'll be moving in next Tuesday. Can't wait!

[Bad]の中で書いてるように、結局家具なし物件にしてしまったのでベッドやソファー、洗濯機から冷蔵庫まで全て買い揃えなければならなくなってしまいました・・・来週火曜に入居なので、それまでに家具屋さん巡りに明け暮れます。
がんばれ、自分！（笑
