要はきちんと事前準備をして、本番では気持ちを見せろ、ということで、日米問わず面接に求められているものは殆ど同じらしい。
驚かされたのは、２の"War Stories"で、以下の８つのテーマに関してそれぞれ２つづつ用意するのが必須らしい。
・Intellectual competence
・Leadership
・Team/ personal skills
・Adjustment (Flexibility)
・Motivation
・Communication skills
・Administrative skills
・Technical skills
いつか書いたエッセイにも似ているが、計16個も体験談を作るのは厳しそうだ。。。
