コロナ禍前は、毎年、台湾から特定の大学の生徒を中心とするチームがTime for Taiwanの名の下でやって来て、民族色豊かな演舞を披露していたが、コロナ禍でYOSAKOIソーラン祭り自体が中断された2020－21年は勿論のこと、ソーラン祭りが再開された2022年と昨年も台湾チームの姿はなかった。今年、復活したTime for Taiwanを構成していたのは、台南応用科技大学の生徒達。如何にも「台湾」を思わせる衣装に身を包み、華麗な固定・流し演舞を披露していた。画像は六月八日、一番街の三越前会場での演舞の模様。（33rd YOSAKOI/Soran Festival--"Time for Taiwan," Tainan University of Technology: Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the YOSAKOI/Soran Festival used to welcome a guest team composed of student dancers of a university in Taiwan. Dubbed "Time for Taiwan," they showed very ethnic-oriented performances. Festival organizers, however, had to discontinue this routine, not only in 2020-21 when they cancelled the festival itself, but also in 2022-23 when they resumed the annual event. The festival this year saw the revival of this tradition as a troupe composed of students of the Tainan University of Technology danced in Sapporo. The troupe, clad in costumes that impress the audience with Taiwanese ethnicity, showed elegant performances both on stage and on street. 今年は台南応用科技大学の学生達。
優雅な舞。
勇壮さも加わります。
音楽も台湾色を帯びたものでした。
衣装は三種類だったようです。
アスファルトの道路の上に長時間座り込んでいたので、
尻と腰が痛くなりましたが
、
こんな演舞を見られたので、我慢した甲斐がありました。
間近で見たので、迫力あり！
この翌日、道庁赤レンガ会場でも見ました。
来年はどこのチームでしょう？
