法政大学・鳳遙恋：大学名から、東京の学生チームであることは自明であろう。チームのホームページなどにあたってみたが、名前の由来は判然としなかった。英語で説明しようとしたら、漢字三文字の逐語訳を伝えるしかない。今年の演舞の題は「月虹」で、狐の嫁入りをテーマにしているとのこと。画像は、十月一日、千葉県市原市で行われた千葉YOSAKOIでの、幅広い通りを目いっぱい使っての流し演舞の模様。結構間近で撮影することができました（Hosei University--Hoyoren: At the first sight of the university's name, one can instantly know that this team is from Tokyo. I was, however, unable to obtain information pertaining to the origin/meaning of the latter half of the team name--Hoyoren--even though I visited multiple internet sources. All I can say is that the three ideographic symbols mean "phoenix" [鳳], "far away" [遙], and "love" [恋], respectively. Their repertoire for this year, entitled "Moonbow," is themed on "wedding procession of fox"--a legend found in Japanese folklore. Posted here are some snapshots of their street performance during a YOSAKOI event in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, on October 1. Since they used almost the whole width of the street to dance, I could photograph them in quite a close distance.）
少し距離がありましたが、
小生の余り高級でないカメラの望遠機能で撮影。
結構いいタイミングを捉えました。
衣装替え。
段々近付いてきます。
地べた（と言うより、アスファルトの路面に）座った状態で撮影。
ここまで来ると、もう望遠機能は必要なし。
矢張り、女性にカメラが向きがち・・・。
と言うのも、女性が多いから。
チーム名の鳳遙恋に就いて、今一度考えてみたが・・・・、
「抱擁恋」と書いても、同じ読みになるので、そこから転じて命名したのかな（笑）。
