YOSAKOIソーラン回顧、２０１３年（その１）：この年は、NHK大河ドラマ『八重の桜』が放映され、ドラマで綾瀬はるかが演じた会津藩の鉄砲の名手で後に同志社大学創始者である新島襄の妻となった、山本八重を模したと思われる出で立ちの踊り子が会津の郷人に登場。このチームは、戊辰戦争と会津藩の藩祖保科正之をテーマにした演舞で知られている。もう一チームは、(またもや!）コンサフリーク。この年は、チーム名に「アクアクララ」と入っていたので、この企業がスポンサーとなっていたのでしょう。華やかな衣装でズラッと並んでいる様は圧巻でした。（YOSAKOI-Soran in memories, 2013[1]GOUJIN & Consa Freak; in this year, the year-long weekly drama of NHK--Japan's national TV broadcasting station--featured Yamamoto Yae, who was known first as a female sniper of the domain of Aizu during the civil war in Japan in the mid-19th century, and second as the wife of Niijima Jou, founder of Doshisha University. Ayase Haruka, a renowned actress, played her role. GOUJIN[郷人; lit. "country folks"] from Fukushima Prefecture, a part of which corresponds geographically to the Aizu domain at the time, had some of its members dance in a costume apparently motiefed on that particular character in the drama. The civil war in the 19th century and Hoshina Masayuki--the founder of the Aizu domain--are two familiar themes under which this team dances. Another team featured here is Consa Freak [again!]. This team, composed solely of two-year women's college students, seemingly had a corporate sponsor in this year since the team name contains "Aqua Clara"--a water-server producer in Sapporo. It was a spectacular scene--all those girls clad in colorful outfits lining and dancing in unisom.）

このアングル、人数の多さを実感できます。
昨年は、コロナ禍の中の開催で、人数が少なかったようです。
今年は、このぐらいまで人数が増えてほしいものです。
