Cooking Class(14年 5月27日)

I'm teaching Korean cooking in Malaysia very small group though..
I had a class before trip to Pangkor Island.

The Menu was "Pork Kimchi Jjigae - Kimchi stew with pork" and
Two kinds of pancake - 
Spinach(ほうれん草) pancake, Pumpkin(カボチャ) pancake.

  

These are all Ingredients. But sorry.. I won't forget complete shots next time !!

インド料理 - Roti Canai

マレーシアでは、マレーシア人、インド人、中国人などの民族が住んでいます.
食べ物もまんべんなく、人種もまんべんなく..
パンコール島に行く前に食べたインド料理 Roti Canai.
カレーと一緒にサービングされます.
ブログ初心者なので写真を撮るのを毎回忘れてしまう. ㅠㅠ
大したことはないパンだが、味は良く、価格は50円程度.
本当に安いですよね？

パンコール島

週末にパンコール島に行ってきました.

KLからルムトまで車で4時間、フェリーで15分行くと到着.
日本の人々によく知られた「パンコールラウトリゾート」の夜の風景です.

Passion Fruit

This is a Passion Fruit! 
It tastes sweet and sour. It's a tropical fruit.
Cut and use spoon to scrape.

It can be eaten raw or can make jam ^^


It also can be a decoration of the cake ..
