Overall, Disappointed after a few weeks
Based off other reviews the sizes is weird and individuals should go up a size. I wear a 1x-2x in clothes but needed a 5x in trainer. First few weeks it was perfect. After that, I noticed I could have ordered a size down just because my waist actually started to slim with light exercising. But after a month of having it it became uncomfortable. It moves easily. The top strap moves high up to my breast & the bottom strap rises up to top strap when placed in middle where it should go. Even when I try to place it lower to bottom of stomach & tucked at waist line it's irritating uncomfortable to the point I just take it off. Depending on shape of a person's abdomen it may fit better but ideally if I had a "flat or smoother" tummy I wouldn't needed it. Overall, would return if I caught signs of disappointment before returning date passed.

It started out really snug but the next day it loosened up. However about 2 weeks in the metal started coming out and the zipper won’t stay up.

Don’t Buy
I originally ordered a 6x ended up returning it for a 5x and it was still too big. After wearing it about two times the material stretched so much it was wayyyyy too big. The bands slide and don’t stay in place which make it very uncomfortable especially if you’re trying to work out and maintain proper form.

Doesn't stay in place
I like the material and the thought behind the design but the 2 velcro straps do not stay in place you. It might be due to my shape. I have a defined waist but big hips. If the straps stayed in place it would have provided perfect amount of compression in those areas and I would have given it 5 stars

Perfect fit!
I was so tired of spending money on workout belts or waist trainers that don't fit. It was horrible! But this item?! Fits well and I can still move around and get things done. I recommend measuring yourself first then make a purchase. It's definitely worth the money!

You have 2 size charts! Which 1 is correct?
Threre is a size chart under the item and also on the left panel and they are both different! Was hoping for a workout belt that worked like a waist trainer... to suck in ....this is not really it. No compression... Will either return or exchange but still confused what size to do since there are 2 size charts posted for the item!!

Disappointing
I should of ordered a size down. With that being said, the lower adjustment slides up constantly due to the material. It defeats the purpose because it won't stay in place, pushing the top out of place as well. Nit a good investment.

I ordered 2 sizes larger than my typical clothing size and still too small. Seems to be well made. I like the zipper as opposed to many clasps like I've seen in other brands. Keeping as a motivational piece. Will report back.

I read reviews on this product and ordered 3 sizes bigger than my actual size and I must say if I would have got a 2xl I would have had to return it I purchased a 5xl and could have got away with a 4xl so order 2 sizes up I'm still confrontable to sit and move around not tight at all but still hugs the body at 3 sizes bigger very satisfied
