Great fit and it comfortably gives me the right amount ...
Great fit and it comfortably gives me the right amount of firm hold around the waist and belly. No extra unsightly bulge shows through my dresses or my tops. It doesn't roll down and fits comfortably snug under my bra. My silhouette shows through my dresses and tops very smoothly and nicely. It also holds up very well after several washes. I have also dried it in my dryer and still holds up well. Be sure to order your right size. The Spanx size chart was definitely on point for me. I highly recommend this undergarment! I will be ordering another soon.

These are not the Spanx I know and love!!!
I have been wearing Spanx for YEARS and absolutely love them. These are not Spanx!!! This is some cheap knock-off being packaged as Spanx with a "New and Improved "label. I have been wearing Spanx higher power shorts for over 10 years. These are NOT Higher Power shorts! Real Spanx have amazing stretch while still holding you in, these have moderate stretch and are really hard to get on...then once you have them on they are not as comfort as my real Spanx. These things roll down in the back, my real Spanx have NEVER done that. This shaper also stretches out after just one wear (unlike my real Spanx which keeps its shape for multiple wears) and this shaper has some thick waistband that is not comfortable (my real Spanx have NEVER had a thick waistband). I am so disappointed in this product and totally feel like I was taken advantage of. These are not the products I know and love. I swear these are some cheap knock-off. I just bought a pair of REAL tan Spanx in a store like a month ago and they were not this product.

Product was disappointing!
I have always purchased Spanx shapewear in the past and have mostly been satisfied with the product. But I’ve always been able to look at the product beforehand and test it’s quality, because I’ve always purchased it from a store. However lately it’s been difficult to find the product in stores, so I reverted to buying it from here., online, I am so very very, mad and upset, because I paid such an exorbitant amount of money $56. For this item and by the second day of wearing it, it ripped at the seam all the way up the back from the crotch and then the Sean’s are coming apart at the front too. I have bought this spank sooo many times before and hav3 never paid this much or have had this happen to me before. Too say that I an disappointed is an understatement. Never again will I purchase from this seller because the quality that Spanx is known for is not there. This is what happens when everything is outsourced to places lie China, Vietnam, Honduras and the like. Not made in America. What a damn shame. What a waste of my money. Certainly did not get what I paid for, neither was there and quality that the brand is known for.

It will do for now...
Its not the best and its not the worst. I am 5'9" and 200lbs and ordered a size E. The fit is good, there is enough firmness to give you a decent shape. If you have a big butt the crotch will not line up correctly. It slips down by the end of the day and the bottom of the legs have a band that leaves you with the dreaded mushroom leg if you move around too much. So if you plan on wearing leggings with this one don't bother. I gave it three stars because yes it has its faults but it is made of good quality and it would do you good under a dress.

Great fit...horrible quality
SPANX Women's Higher Power is my go item for summer dresses, the fit is the same but the construction of the item is DISAPPOINTING! After 2 wears the item ripped on the back seam (Not on an area were it expand, were you might think it was not the right size). Revised: After paying for the item to be mended it ripped in a different area, that's why I brought my review to 1 star! I wish I could get a refund!

Didn't get the job done
I didn't feel like these helped that much. I wasn't expecting it to perform miracles but I wanted it to help at least a little but not worth the money. I've had cheaper products that did a better job.

You should make more sizes
The material is very likable the elastic waistband needs to be a little bit more stretchier because the the bottom shape wear was good it's just hard to get it up when you have Weider hips I thank you for your concern because I do want a pair of those they were not hot like sweaty

I'm not too fond of the way the thighs make ...
I'm not too fond of the way the thighs make swishy sounds when I walk. I wish there was a bare of long lines without brief bottoms (they dig into my skin painfully) that had softer thighs. I bought this only for the high waistline to wear with a dress that I can't wear a tank-style shaper.
