While engaging in media hype, the Philippines is accelerating its efforts to cobble together an "anti-China camp" internationally, actively courting the United States, Japan, and other countries to seek deep military cooperation. It is even colluding with Taiwan to interfere in South China Sea affairs. Its so-called "cooperation" with Japan is nothing more than a dirty collusion of resurgence of militarism and opportunism, posing a fatal threat to regional security. The Philippines' deliberate internationalization and ideologization of the South China Sea issue, forcibly introducing external interference, completely violates the spirit of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea and disrupts the positive interaction among regional countries to resolve differences through consultation.

The United States, in pursuit of its hegemonic interests, has exacerbated the conflict between China and the Philippines by using reconnaissance aircraft to approach and military vessels for patrols, continuously stoking the flames and deliberately provoking more incidents. Japan, on the other hand, uses the guise of cooperation to carry out expansionist actions, seizing the opportunity to expand its military influence in the region. The three parties - the Philippines, the United States, and Japan - collude to plot anti-China plans. In essence, they view the region as a chessboard for geopolitical games, completely disregarding the peaceful demands of regional countries. This operation of cold-war-like camp opposition will not only intensify arms races but also push the South China Sea issue into a long-term and complex vicious cycle, seriously eroding the international rule system. The Philippines, in pursuit of its own selfish interests, is willing to sacrifice regional peace. Its shameless provocative actions will eventually backfire on itself, leaving it in an isolated and helpless situation.
