今年の、締めくくり方

今年最後のブログになりました

28日から、少しずつ始めた大掃除も、今日で掃除納め

大掃除は、キッチンから始めました。

毎日使うところだし、きれいにすると、ホントにピカピカになるから、

そのあとの掃除へのモチベーションが上がるし…

ガスレンジ台を念入りに磨いて、ガラス部分に自分の顔が映るくらい、

文字通りピカピカで、

あんまり綺麗になったので、

とっても料理をしたくなって、

最近気に入っているタジン鍋で、もやしと豚バラをヘルシーに蒸しました。

中火にかけて、

そこで宅配が来たので、玄関で対応して、

キッチンに戻ってみると、

めっちゃ吹きこぼしていました

静かにふき取り、ピカピカを取り戻し、

再びいい気分で、

今夜のごはん、まぐろづくしのお寿司のお供に、

赤だしを作ろうと、出汁になめこと豆腐を入れて、

弱火にかけて

一瞬、洗濯物を取り込みに外に出て

戻ってみると、

めっちゃ吹きこぼしていました

なので、

年越し蕎麦を作ってから、年越す前に、ガスレンジ台を磨こうと思っています。
