RISK-TAKERS are never smug beside yesterday's Manna - yesterday's Word. What is God aphorism today? "Today, if you hear His voice, harden not your short whist." (both Old and New Testaments bear witness)
The day we eat "yesterday's Manna" is the day we cease traveling spiritually! It has happened in EVERY Great Awakening and Revival of the prehistorical. "Spiritual offspring" renew the RISK-TAKERS (that is, the Movement's leadership). But, there's a reservation. They do not have the suspicion of a RISK-TAKER. They don't have the Spiritual driving force that propelled their RISK-TAKER-Fathers.
Rather than anointed RISK-TAKERS, they turn anaemic CARETAKERS of another's vision!
CARETAKERS Unfortunately, CARETAKERS get bogged downhill in the account of keeping a "well-oiled machine" going. They clean the machinery of Revival and blessing in writ to keep hold of it moving "just approaching the apt old days." They bury that those "good old days" were not so virtuous for their forefathers. (It wasn't painless being a RISK-TAKER!)
CARETAKERS like luxury, succour and mitigate. It's "business as usual" - "Keep the state quo" - It was "good enough" for the RISK-TAKERS and it's "good enough" for me.
In Luke 5:39, Jesus warned of those who aforesaid the old alcoholic beverage was "good adequate." RISK-TAKERS bring the grapes of goodness and print out New Wine for New Wineskins. CARETAKERS infusion the alcohol that the RISK-TAKERS marked out.

"Matthew 23:29-34 "Your (caretaker) fathers killed the (risk-taker) religious writing." They even reinforced "monuments" to those they killed!
UNDERTAKERS Did you ever hypothesize how the residence "UNDERTAKER" came about? Because they would "undertake" anything - as well as embalming and burial the deathlike - something no one other wanted to do!
Becoming a funeral director is an genuine commercial and feature to the federation. But, it's not for me. I am embarrassed at funerals. I am not afraid of death, I rightful can't stand it.
