There is only one thing that Abe really wants to address in his expected statement in August.
I hereby tell it on behalf of him.
That is,
"My grandfather Nobusuke Kishi was a truly great man, involved with nothing wrong in the age of imperial Japan, believe me because he is the one that I admire most, so just make his name cleared now, please forget the fact that he was arrested for a most severe war crime and detained for 3 years in Sugamo Prison, exposed to a life threat of execution" this is all, nothing he actually likes to say about the war and aggression other than above.
安倍が、8月に予定されている談話で発表したいことは、たったひとつしかありません。

「私の祖父の岸信介は、実に立派な人でした、帝国時代には、悪いことには何も関わっていません、信じてください、だって彼は、私が最も尊敬している人なんですから、だから彼の汚名を晴らしてください、彼が深刻な戦争犯罪のために逮捕されて、巣鴨刑務所で3年も拘留されて、死刑の恐怖に晒されたということは、どうか、もう忘れてください」
これで全部です、彼が戦争と侵略について、本当に言いたいことなど、他には何もありません。
