So- called “Corp. Black”, what is that.
Quoted from an yesterday show “ニュースの深層=Depth of news”on Asahi Newstar channel.

In roughly, defining of Corp. Black is,
“Corporation which is forcing extra large over working to nail them into voluntary resignation”
according to Harutaka Konno's saying, as director of NPO POSSE.

In 2011, 57,785 people fired, 45,939 harassed to retire, and 25,966 resigned according to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's research.
Harassment on work is much worsening as Konno says, for example, some woman resigned has been abused by her superviser as long time overworking, off day working, and no holidays.
Besides, Super kept yelling to humiliate her like “Gonna kill you”or “Damn this shit”, very usually.
Konno says that many of resigned people have got mentally ill, often depressed so deep into self-accusation.
He also pointed like this“Young workers make big profit since they're disposable”, which seems to be a lot of corporation's faith now, since union seems to be declining or buyer's market on work have been dominant.
Now they hire too many fresh men for proper, then they're going to strain them out whom not usefull.
Which means almost new staffs are hired to be practically fired, technically resigned or declined in the first place, unless they could put themselves into the efforts as far as they could.

Lifetime employment and seniority promotion have been climate or singularity of Japanese corporation system all through the time, but it's going not to balance, or comport lately, beside power abusing of corporation's order is increasing more.
Also they say vision of corporation is turning into much short-term one.

I started wondering how this phenomenon have been related to Netouyo row, or not.
