英語圏でも "If you're happy and you know it" というタイトルであります。
そして英語版、
歌詞が1つじゃない…。
もう、ひとつにしといてよ～( ；∀；)。
と学習者や指導者は思ったりしますよトホホ。
例えば日本語の
「♪(幸せなら)態度で示そうよ」の箇所は、

Then your face will surely show it（きっと顔に出るよ）

Then you really want to show it（本当に見せたいよね）
の２パターンが主流。
他にも、
「♪幸せなら手を叩こう」の箇所は
