※upにするのは、昔の電話が壁に掛けてつるしていたことによります。
e．電話を切らずにそのままでお待ち下さい＝Pleaes hold the line.
f．こちらからかけ直します＝I'll call you back (later).

７．残念ですが、間違い電話ですよ＝I'm sorry, it's a wrong number.
※"I'm sorry"とひと言添えると、相手も救われた気持ちになります
（この場合は、謝罪ではなく「残念ですが」の意味。他に、Ｉ’ｍ afraid～など）。
