Stab someone in the back.
Stab -> 刺す という意味です。
人の背中を刺す。。。
このことから、
裏切る、中傷する、陰口を言う
という意味になります。
例：
I thought he was my friend until I found out that he had been stabbing me in the back.
彼が私を裏切っているのを見つけるまで、彼は友達だと思っていた。
この表現は、あまり良い場面では使えませんが、もしそのような場面に出会ったら、是非使ってみてください＾＾
