Chinese money is coming to Hokkaido

Today I went to New Chitose Airport for a field trip. We looked around International Terminal. It was almost empty. I guessed it's non-flight time. When we dropped into a coffee shop in the departure lobby, I found some baby formulas displayed on the window. Maybe tourists from China would buy them before boarding. I felt that Chinese money is coming to Hokkaido.

English education linking up with elementary

Today I learned "English education linking up with elementary, middle and high schools." The textbook said the eighty percent of the junior high kids were not good at English in 2004. I agree with it because I couldn't enjoy studying English grammar. If they offered some interesting English programs, I might get to like English.

The meaning and the purpose of English education

Today I learned the meaning and the purpose of English education for children. The lesson refers to Howard Gardner's "Multiple Intelligences": Linguistic, Logical-mathematical, Spatial, Bodily-Kinesthetic, Musical, Interpersonal, Intra-personal and Naturalist Intelligence. It'll be so useful for teaching. I have some appointments next week, so I did the lesson ahead of schedule.
