I've taken the most important phrase
and made it into a video.
繰り返し聞くことで
浄化や今抱えている問題を助けてくれます。
一緒に唱えられたらさらに効果を発揮します
Just by listening,
things will change gradually.

唱える時は奇数回で完結してくださいね。

I usually say about 9 or 13 times.
