Lately, I haven't posted blog entry.
I'm sorry....
The other day, I completed a triathlon race in Higashiogijima(Kawasaki).
As I had not gotten rid of the cold yet, I was very tired.
But I was happy to complete.
I realized that I must not participate in race when I'm sick.
No wonder!
