I'm in the kitchen.

I spend a lot of time in my kitchen. From the morning till night, when I drink a cup of herb tea before I going to bed.
These are the recipes and stories in my kitchen (sometimes out of my kitchen).

今朝は寒く、昨日から冷たい雨が降っています。最近、なかなかアップできないブログをアップするのに今日はぴったり。
It is cold this morning, Pouring cold rain since yesterday. It is perfect day to write and catch up.



金目鯛ご飯 Alfonsino rice

金目鯛の旨味がたっぷりご飯に染み込みます。木の芽や実山椒、刻みしそなどを載せてどうぞ。

Alfonsino has grate flavor. This rice taste full of ocean. Serve with Japanese pepper corn leaf, Japanese pepper corn or Shiso on top of the rice.

炊きあがった金目鯛ご飯
Cooked Alfonsino rice

材料 2-3人分 Ingredients for 2-3


1 米 Rice …… 250ml
2 金目鯛の頭 
Alfonsino head …… 2
3 水 Water
4 塩 Salt …… 少々 For taste
5 醤油 Soy sause …… 少々 For taste
6 実山椒 Japanese pepper corn
…… 少々 For taste

7 生姜 Ginger
…… 少々 For taste



米を研ぐ。
Wash Rice and add water.

金目鯛を洗い、ウロコを取る。
Wash Alfonsino well then take scales off.


塩、生姜を加え、二つに開いた金目鯛をのせ、ご飯を炊く。
Add salt and ginger, put opened Alfonsino then cook the Rice.

10分程蒸らし、骨を外し、醤油を回し、実山椒をのせて出来上がり。
Wait about 10 minutes then take bones off, add some Soy sauce and Japanese pepper corn then Bon appatite!
