昨夜はムッシュ ムーこと、村山 重信先生のチーズセミナーに行ってきました。今回2度目なのですが、お話が上手、沢山の知識を分かりやすく教えて下さる先生のセミナーはとても楽しいものでした。昨晩頂いたのはオランダのBEEMSTERを二種、デンマークのCREME ROYALE、フランスCOEUR LION のLes Tranches Cremeuses（これはまだ日本で販売されていないそう）そして、ドイツのJERMI Q-BICというキュービック型のチーズ（これは今月から日本で発売だそうです）の5種類でした。今回は食べやすい、オードブルに使いやすいというチーズばかりで、私は特にCOEUR LION のLes Tranches Cremeusesが気に入りました。発売が待ち遠しいです。
I was attended a Cheese seminar with Mr. Shigenobu Murayama (aka Monsieur Mu). It was a second time I have attended. Monsieur Mu's knowledge also his talk with wit pulling into his Cheese world. Last night we had 2 kinds of BEEMSTER from Holland, CREME ROYALE from Denmark, Les Tranches Cremeuses(Unreleased in Japan) of COEUR LION from France and cubic shaped cheese calld JERMI Q-BIC(Just released in Japan) from Germany. Monsieur Mu introduced very easy to eat, very suitable for an hors d'oeuvres. Especially I enjoyed Les Tranches Cremeuses of COEUR LION. I can not wait to serve at my home.
